Rule 203
Not to leave the area without permission
Except in the case of those employed in government work or on leave, the police personnel in a government office shall not leave the district or area where they are stationed without the permission of the person authorized to grant leave. However, if it is not necessary to leave the office due to an emergency, the concerned police officer shall file an application and take the permission of the head of his office or, if he does not go to get the permission, he shall go inside or outside the country by giving a written report to the concerned office and department or secretariat. In such a way, arrangements should be made so that the work of the office will not be disturbed and government property will not be embezzled.
